MAP: Motivation Action Plan

Personal Use

You can use your MAP for any educational activity that inspires you to create an action.  Your copy of the MAP is free of financial obligation and can be requested for print or use on a computer or tablet.

​Organizational Use

Organizers can make copies of the MAP and distribute to participants at the beginning of an event. Participants that choose to use the MAP during the conference will be asked to sign up for the motivational reminders and surveys. 

A conference presentation on the successful use of the MAP is also available upon request.
